Departments that wish to have their telecommunications and networking projects completed and billed by the end of the fiscal year should submit project requests with sufficient time to finalize the service design. In order to have the request billed by the end of fiscal year 2011/2012, the Telecommunications Service Request (TSR) should be submitted no later than March 23, 2012, and the Service Design completed no later than April 30, 2012. Otherwise, billing may not occur until fiscal year 2012/2013. It should be noted that TNS cannot guarantee complete billing for TSRs (submitted prior to March 23, 2012) by the end of fiscal year 2011/2012, but that every attempt will be made to fulfill these requests.

In addition, Penn State offices that would like to have their telecommunications projects in the queue for the busy summer work season should submit their TSR forms by April 30, 2012.
